Neels Potgieter
Neels is a senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, coatings, automotive components, and. industrial operations. With a strong legal foundation and extensive P&L accountability, he has been instrumental in business turnarounds, improved operational efficiencies, and driven sustained revenue and margin growth. He specializes in integrating sales, supply chain, and production functions to build performance-focused, profitable organizations across competitive markets.
Francois Van Molendorff
Results-driven sales professional with NTS4, Electrical Fitter Red Seal, and Basic Sales Course training. Brings extensive experience across technical and industrial sales, including roles at NSF Coatings (2024–current), Herbert Evans, Parlance, Mersen, and Transnet. Specializes in metal and industrial applications, including General Industrial paints and factory solutions. Passionate about acquiring new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
Sergio Da Silva
Sergio is the Operations and Technical Manager at NSF Coatings, bringing over 30 years of experience in paint manufacturing. He specializes in sourcing high-quality raw materials and developing both industrial and decorative coatings. With a strong focus on understanding client needs, Sergio is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions. He also provides expert technical guidance to support clients on complex and demanding projects.
Leon Jacobsz
Seasoned professional with sales training through Noristan, Cherry Sales, and Promac Paint and Coatings Technology. Brings 40 years of experience in the paint industry, initially serving contractors until 1999, then specializing in supplying mining-specific products directly to mines and secondary suppliers. Key clients include local and multinational mining houses and a network of industrial distributors.
Armandt Bezuidenhout
Matriculating in 2010, Armandt began his career with Doors & All, rising to Workshop Manager overseeing steel fabrication and site installations, serving major clients including Dischem. In 2018, he joined Herbert Evans as a Technical Sales Representative. After its closure, he moved to Prominent Paints in 2024. Since 2025, he has been a Sales Representative at NSF Coatings, specializing in wood and light industrial coatings. Solid wood furniture is his passion.
Savvas Kraounakis
With over 30 years of hands-on experience and "paint in his blood," Savvas specializes in providing high-performance coating solutions—from architectural specifications to expert wood lacquers and industrial finishes. His approach combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to the long-term success of the clients he has proudly serviced for decades.
Corné Swanepoel
Corné began her career in the insurance industry in 2004, later joining SJS in its litigation and recovery department. She gained diverse experience in automotive sales and administration, worked at Cedar Paint, and managed her own business. Today, she serves in an admin and financial role and act as customers’ friendly first point of contact.
